Welcome to another fall inspired post. I am surprised it has taken me this long to make a pumpkin patch outfit ideas post. I am aware that going to the pumpkin patch and taking pictures is very basic. Who cares though, I find joy in celebrating all of the seasons in all the different ways I can.
Unfortunately, I did not actually get to go to a pumpkin patch this year. It does break my heart trust me. Do not worry, I can still have fun by putting together outfits I would have worn if I did end up going.
In this post I decided to put together three different outfits. Each of these outfits are more on the basic side, compared to my other outfits. Like most of my posts this is just inspiration. Change up anything that does not feel right to you.
Outfit One
Jacket: Target
Top: American Eagle
Jeans: Levis
Belt: Target
Shoes: Hunter Boots

For the first outfit, I decided to go with a very fall vibe. The color of the jacket screams fall, right? This color is my absolute favorite when putting fall outfits together.
Originally, I was not going to add a belt to this look. When I looked in the mirror, I knew I was missing something. The color of the belt ties in so perfectly with the colors on the jacket.
I love how there is a hint of red in the belt, and not in the jacket. The reasoning for this is, the red adds some contrast in with the other orangey colors. I decided to pair this look with a basic turtle neck, blue jeans, and of course my hunter boots. Something I wish I added to this look was a pair of cream colored socks.
Outfit Two
Jacket: The Screamin' Peach
Top: TJ Maxx
Pants: Levis
Shoes: Born

For at least one of the outfits, I knew I wanted to add a flannel. Something feels almost criminal to not wear a flannel at least once to a fall event (I am obviously kidding). In all honesty, flannels are one of the most coziest pieces you can add to a fall outfit, but still make it stylish.
I decided to keep this look very simple. A brown belt would be a nice touch, but if I am being honest by dog chewed mine up, so that is why I did not wear one. Tall boots with socks showing is a classic fall go-to look, so I had to do it. Since this look is already neutral, I decided to pair it with a basic white tee (this is a classic item everyone needs in their closet).
Outfit Three
Cardigan: The Buckle
Top: Pacsun
Pants: Vanilla Ivy Boutique

Going off of the last outfit, the last outfit I put together is also very neutral. I am in love with this outfit. It is basic and neutral but the small detailing of the "button" look on the cardigan and the flared jeans really make this outfit very fashionable. I also paired this look with a turtle neck. I love pairing turtle neck tops with jackets and cardigans, it adds that piece of layering that looks very nice.
